The numbers in bold represent the number of characters that can be created using that race. Wanting the Panthers to be quite rare, I wouldn't want everyone's character to be a Panther. If you create you character a race that is not available, the application will not be accepted.

Depending on how the Roleplay develops, I may make it so more characters can become a certain race. So, if you want to be a Panther and there's already two, you may have the ability eventually.
